Making Time All Oh My Moss pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be made and prepared before it is dispatched.

Shipping Times Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are handled by third party shipping carriers. We do our best to get your order out promptly, however we are unable to guarantee or control delivery timeframes once your parcel leaves our hands.

Tracking Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delays Oh My Moss is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, including delays due to high demand periods, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.
