Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Oh My Moss. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility We only accept returns if a product arrives faulty or damaged. We do not accept change of mind returns, so please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Return Time Frame You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or replacement. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us via Instagram @ohmymoss.au or email us at ohmymoss1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A description of the fault or damage
  • Clear photos showing the issue

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Resolution If your return is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion. Return shipping costs for approved faulty items will be covered by Oh My Moss.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
